半导体和无线技术解决方案供应商高通公司近日正式推出第三代5G基带芯片骁龙X60，这将是世界上首款采用5纳米制程的芯片。与前一代采用7纳米制程的骁龙X55相比，X60成功实现了5G峰值速率的翻倍增长。配置骁龙X60的旗舰智能手机预计于2021年初推出。

另据媒体报道，全球光刻机巨头ASML正在研发新一代极紫外光刻机，主要面向3纳米时代，最快会于2023年或2024年上市。由于光刻机市场需求旺盛，ASML去年四季度营收同比增长28.4%，毛利率达到48.1%，同比提高3.8个百分点。

5G频段较高并且需要兼容2G、3G、4G，给芯片技术提出了更高要求。进入5G时代后的消费者换机潮，也有望拉动手机芯片需求增长。从去年下半年开始，国内晶圆厂的新一轮设备招标已经启动，设备龙头企业中标订单明显增加。

中微公司(193.49 -4.72%)在介质刻蚀设备领域获得了国际一流客户以及本土存储厂商的高度认可，刻蚀设备陆续通过了台积电7nm/5nm制程的工艺验证;

北方华创(151.90 -2.10%)去年12月完成了定增，项目建设内容包括开展5/7纳米关键集成电路装备的研发并实现产业化应用。其他个股：晶盛机电(25.30 +0.76%)、长川科技(33.78 -2.29%)有望受益。
